Firstly, welcome to my blog and thanks for reading my random collection of thoughts, posts, etc.
This is my first time blogging and also my first time becoming a dad - very exciting but very nerve-wracking at the same time!
I've created this space to share with you my journey towards and long into, this life changing event and to also show you that as a normal guy, balancing a job, wife, bills, soon-to-be baby(!) and everything else that life throws at you, you can avoid getting a DadBod and you don't have to be a fitness professional to do so!
I'm here to be honest and upfront about everything I do, what I eat, how I train and what supplements I take. I look forward to your comments and I'll happily answer any questions you may have.
